Yesterday afternoon I found out that none other than John Sumser will become the new editor of Recruiting.com. Wow! He’s a big name guy. He’s a smart guy and I know that when he commits himself to do something, he does it and does his best. ) I! B. |/ f. P( P1 X! i

I spoke to John this morning and asked him some questions and essentially this is what I got from him. O4 T. F* D* Z: b
0 A$ q+ p4 s# d2 RHe is being hired as the new editor for Recruiting.com and he will use his powers to help pull together some strong voices and ideas. I don’t believe that the initial plan is to drastically change Recruiting.com but over time, John’s flavor of what is interesting will help shape the blog. 0 ]+ _# e5 X5 Q) N: w

He was right. I have been visiting his site daily for 10 years now and I have referenced his articles countless of times. John has been watching Recruiting.com as an outsider very closely for the last 3 years and it sure must be an interesting thing now for him to be stepping on in. I look forward to watching.
