1、Control the consulting service process and main high quality；6 o% w8 f% L! N" Y B6 V7 M; r
2、Handle active communication with Client to deliver satisfactory professional service. T/ C3 T1 l+ s* }
3、Analyze clients’ hiring need and job description and identify target candidate for client
# D e7 l1 G$ ~4、Evaluate candidate by phone call or face to face interview. and prepare the professional report to client

Good project management skills and presentation skills, Outstanding capability of communication and influencing people
4 U, }# s+ h! SDecent Client Skill; Be able to close deal7 ]/ G. R9 b. ?) z5 {; D* W
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a proven ability to align clients’ business strategy with their hiring needs
* T# y/ D' P9 r9 {Minimum 5 years of working experience is preferred; 3 J0 P1 |9 T6 H. ]$ g% y, y8 F+ c' p- q
Knowledge or experience in sales and marketing function in industries such as IT Telecom, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Retail is a plus
