Analyze and consolidate hiring needs according to business manpower planning
Develop and evaluate recruitment channels to source right candidates
Participate in all recruitment activities, e.g interview, assessment, campus recruiting
Prepare recruitment reports
Job Requirements,
Bachelor degree or above
At least 2 years' working experience in HR staffing function with multinational background
Open-minded and outgoing, initiative and willing to learn
Strong communication in both Chinese and English
