Woodside Petroleum chief financial officer (CFO) Ross Carroll has resigned to become CFO of diversified contractor MacMahon Holdings Ltd.+ w' B$ k0 r! {) B
. m% s" Y* C! I3 GMacMahon said Mr Carroll, who will take up his new position in November, replaces Rick Blair who is retiring at the end of September.

Mr Carroll will remain at Woodside until the end of October while a search is conducted for his replacement.

Woodside's chief executive Don Voelte said Mr Carroll had made a valuable contribution during his time at Woodside and the oil and gas company appreciated him staying while it considered the appointment of a new CFO. |
