Yesterday afternoon I found out that none other than John Sumser will become the new editor of Recruiting.com. Wow! He’s a big name guy. He’s a smart guy and I know that when he commits himself to do something, he does it and does his best.

He is being hired as the new editor for Recruiting.com and he will use his powers to help pull together some strong voices and ideas. I don’t believe that the initial plan is to drastically change Recruiting.com but over time, John’s flavor of what is interesting will help shape the blog. 4 y" `' M9 U+ [! W0 i7 t6 f* N$ Z

John has had tremendous influence on my involvement in the recruiting industry. He initially put the idea in my head that blogging could be a great thing. He was right. I have been visiting his site daily for 10 years now and I have referenced his articles countless of times. John has been watching Recruiting.com as an outsider very closely for the last 3 years and it sure must be an interesting thing now for him to be stepping on in. I look forward to watching. * N o$ j* s) t$ q$ I
