What is worse is that many foreign countries have started to reject all the E-mails from China because too many junk E-mails are from there, and this has aroused many complaints.

In fact, all the countries with access to the Internet in the world have fallen victim to junk E-mails, including China. China sometimes is only a transit station for junk E-mail senders in other countries. Furthermore, according to the data by Sophos, China was only the second largest junk E-mail sender in the world in the second quarter of 2006, where about 20% of total junk E-mails came, and the first was the USA, which generated no less than 23.2% of them. |
