& q5 X/ F) o9 `1 v8 q1、Control the consulting service process and main high quality；
2、Handle active communication with Client to deliver satisfactory professional service
3、Analyze clients’ hiring need and job description and identify target candidate for client
1 I- r: E! _0 ]$ J" ~5 s  x3 h4、Evaluate candidate by phone call or face to face interview. and prepare the professional report to client
* [! i# y5 W; T( X' t5、Develop and maintain good client relationship

( s2 G3 [; b. ~9 A) ]. zRequirements:
" H% f* |0 K+ S3 K* ZBachelor or higher education is preferred but not required
Good project management skills and presentation skills, Outstanding capability of communication and influencing people
Decent Client Skill; Be able to close deal
; b7 `. R9 r2 b5 J/ Y2 d8 l8 N6 c' iStrong commercial awareness and business acumen with a proven ability to align clients’ business strategy with their hiring needs
Minimum 5 years of working experience is preferred;
. T4 ]3 Y  [- M8 V  mKnowledge or experience in sales and marketing function in industries such as IT Telecom, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Retail is a plus
Honest, reliable, confident, willing to take the challenges, can work under the pressure and handle the multi-task at one time ;

Very independent and responsible
Customer oriented and strong interpersonal skills
Good command of English
